The total area of ​​the ramming plate of the vibratory rammer, the larger the total area of ​​the rammer plate, the better, the larger the motor can not stand, it is very easy to increase the failure rate of the equipment, and the smaller the motor is, it is easy to leak the motor to the outside, so the manufacturer cannot let the manufacturer buy it. Change the total area of ​​the tamping plate at will;

3. Whether the shaft sleeve in the main box is imported, it is very easy for centrifugal force to cause steel balls to smash and slip;

4. Installation and machining accuracy. There is an eccentric wheel in the main box of the vibratory rammer. The rotation of the eccentric wheel must ensure that the coaxiality does not exceed 0.001mm, otherwise it is very easy to get stuck and not run;

5. If the oil seal is imported accordingly, the rotation of the eccentric wheel during operation is very likely to cause the temperature of the coolant to rise, and the oil seal of poor quality is very likely to age prematurely and cause oil leakage;

6. Does the main box have a control valve? The huge function of this valve is to maintain the motor and protect the overpressure. In addition, the customer seems to have a slightly larger or smaller energy, and can be adjusted casually.

Vibratory rammers are mainly suitable for compacting raw materials with low cohesiveness and sliding friction between particles, such as river sand, gravel and asphalt.
