Introduction to the principle and requirements of tubing connection for excavator breakers.
All parts of the performance of the excavator breaker are standardized and installed reasonably, especially for the hydraulic system of the machine. Generally speaking, the hydraulic oil pump of the excavator breaker part frequently affects the excavator bucket and breaker during work. The drill provides enough power to produce work. Therefore, the connection requirements for the pipeline are relatively high.
The relevant accessories should be protected before installation. For example, in order to prevent soil and dust from entering the pipe, you can plug the hose with a plug and plug the pipe with a female threaded plug. To prevent dust pollution, tie the iron wires of the high-pressure pipeline and the low-pressure pipeline.
The control valve (that is, the air distribution valve) generally selects the reserved spool (the spool has a plug on the outside and is not connected to the pipeline). The oil in and out is judged by the setting of the circuit breaker. The straight breaker has only 2 oil holes, one in and one out, high-back and low-back, see the instructions of the crushing device, different brands may be different.
The oil inlet pipe is connected with the valve core, and the oil return pipe is connected with the oil tank or any oil return point. One end of the pilot device is connected to the handle or the pedal breaker switch corresponding to the solenoid valve interface, and the other end is connected to the selected valve core through the pilot pipe interface connected to the oil inlet of the crusher.
The pilot re-control valve is connected to another oil return point. In short, the rule is: in and out. Otherwise the crusher will not sound. Note: The safety valve of the crusher is connected to the oil inlet pipe, namely the high pressure pipe.
It must be noted that when replacing the straight breaker, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in the hydraulic oil tank first, otherwise the hydraulic pressure will gush out, endangering personal safety. Then you can plug the tubing with toilet paper or other materials, and if possible, you can use a container to collect the leaking hydraulic oil to avoid waste and pollution.
