Its main function is to compact the road surface, whether it is a plan, pipe trench, slope, edge or step, dent, and abutment back. It is mainly used to compact the sliding friction between particles. Raw materials with less strength or cohesion, such as river sand, gravel or asphalt, etc. What problems should be paid attention to in the application process?
Common Notes:
1. Ensure that any pipelines are properly installed and any oil return routes are fully spread;
2. Turn on the tamper. Place the tamper on the material to be rammed, and apply a small load in the first 10-20 seconds. Later, you can choose different application loads according to the different materials to be tamped;
3. If the rammed object gradually causes cracks or cracks, it is necessary to stop the impact of the tamper immediately to prevent the occurrence of harmful "empty strikes";
4. If the equipment is to be out of use for a long time, the vibrating rammer should be stored reasonably, the inlet and outlet ports should be sealed, and the cut iron should be stored under the conditions of high temperature and -20 degrees;
5. When the facility is working, first press the tamper plate on the rock, open the breaker after maintaining the corresponding burden, and the facility cannot be operated when it is suspended in the air;
6. During application, the facilities and fiber rods should be vertical to the working surface, and the principle of not causing radial force is the principle;
7. Do not put the loaded material in the vibrating frame for the night after daily affairs, twist the tamping plate to the side or the bottom of the machine during storage.
