1. Use high-quality breaker (with accumulator)
There may be problems in the design, manufacture, inspection and other aspects of the breaker. If you accidentally buy a low-quality product and put it into use, it will lead to an increase in the failure rate and increase the possibility of damage to the excavator;
2, Appropriate engine speed (medium throttle)
Since large excavator breakers have low requirements on working pressure and flow (such as 20-ton excavator, working pressure 160-180kg, flow 140-180L\/MIN), a medium-sized throttle valve is completely sufficient. 4. The quantity and contamination of hydraulic oil

5. Replace the oil seal in time
The oil seal is a wear part. It is recommended that the hammer oil seal be replaced every 600-800 hours of operation.
