3. Whether the bearing in the main engine is imported or not, it is very easy to cause centrifugal force to cause the ball to smash and slip;
4. Installation and machining accuracy. There is an eccentric wheel in the main body of the vibrating tamper. The rotation of the eccentric wheel must ensure that the concentricity does not exceed 0.001 mm, otherwise it is very easy to get stuck and not run;
5. If the oil seal is imported from the original, the rotation of the eccentric wheel during operation is very likely to cause the temperature of the refrigerant to rise, and the oil seal of poor quality is very easy to be brittle in advance, resulting in oil leakage;
6. Does the main engine have a control valve? The huge role of this valve is to maintain the motor and overload protection. In addition, the customer feels that the power is too large or too small, and can be mobilized at will.
Vibration rammers are mainly suitable for materials with low cohesion and friction between rammed particles, such as river sand, gravel and asphalt.
