Solution: Check the hydraulic oil circuit, clean or replace the stuck parts in time; focus on checking the direction of the oil pipe interface, reversing valve, stop valve and piston; check and adjust the state of the drill pipe, and use the grinding wheel for the problematic drill pipe Or the whetstone has been polished, and lubricating oil should be added in time.
4, oil leakage
The main cause of oil leakage is excessive wear of seals and other parts, resulting in poor sealing performance. Loose oil connections.
Solution: According to the specific location of the oil leakage, replace the corresponding sealing ring and tighten the oil pipe joint.
5. Abnormal vibration of equipment tubing
The leakage diaphragm of the accumulator is damaged, and the nitrogen pressure of the hammer handle body is reduced.
Solution: Check the air pressure of the accumulator. If the specified pressure cannot be maintained, check the diaphragm for damage. In addition, the nitrogen pressure of the hydraulic breaker should be adjusted to balance it.
