If the steel drill is used as a pry bar when crushing rocks, the screws and steel drill are likely to be broken.
5. Continuous knocking should not exceed 1 minute
When striking a solid rock formation, the same tapping should not last more than 1 minute, and then change to another tapping operation. Long-term tapping will cause high oil temperature, which will cause damage to the brazing bushing and steel bushings. The brazing progresses to damage.
6. For long, solid boulders, it can be crushed at the crack or tail, so that it is relatively easier to crush the stones.
7. It should be operated at the normal engine rotation speed
When the hammer is deployed for crushing, the engine rotation speed should meet the specified value. If the engine rotation speed exceeds the specified value, the impact force will not be increased, but the oil temperature will be high and the equipment will be damaged.
8, Cannot operate in water and mortar
It is not allowed to use a silent breaker in water and mortar, or the piston or similar components may be corroded and damaged. If you work in water or underwater in violation of the regulations, you should purchase a special underwater breaker.
