The bucket and breaker work alternately. In the case of replacement, because the hydraulic pipeline is very easy to be polluted by the environment, it should be disassembled and installed in the following way.
1. Move the excavator to an ordinary place without mud, dust and objects, turn off the engine, and release the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline and the gas in the fuel tank.
2. Rotate the cut-off valve installed at the end of the arm 90 degrees to the OFF position to avoid the discharge of gear oil.
3. Loosen the hose plug on the breaker arm, and then connect a little gear oil flowing out to a container.
4. To prevent soil and dust from entering the oil pipeline, block the hose with a plug cap, and plug the pipe with an internal thread plug cap. In order to prevent contamination by dust, the high-pressure pipe and low-pressure pipe should be tied tightly with thin iron wire.
1) When the hose plug is equipped with a bucket, the plug is to prevent soil and dust stuck in the hammer from entering the hose.
2) Internal threaded cap The internal threaded cap is to prevent the dirt or dust stuck in the main engine of the weapon equipment from entering the oil pipe.
5. If you want to disassemble the breaker, you must first remove the pin shaft connected to the stick; if you store the breaker outdoors, you should put it on a wooden sleeper and cover it with a thin shed cloth.
6. The breaker cannot be used for a long time, please press it to store it
1) Clean the inside of the breaker;
2) After removing the steel drill from the shell, apply anti-corrosion oil;
3) Before pushing the piston to the nitrogen chamber, the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen chamber must be released; 4) When reinstalling, the various parts on the hammer should be smeared with lubricating oil, and then reinstalled.
7. If it is necessary to install a breaker, the process is reversed to the disassembly sequence mentioned above. If the bucket is used, it will easily pollute the hose and the end of the pipe, and the contaminated part should be cleaned immediately (please choose gear oil or diesel for cleaning).
Inspection items of hydraulic breaker: whether the bolts and nuts are loose, damaged and peeled off, whether the integral anchor bolts, plywood anchor bolts, accumulator anchor bolts, hose joints are loose, damaged, and whether there is oil leakage The hydraulic pipeline for the breaker, the gear oil hose, whether there is abnormal oil leakage at the connection surface between the nitrogen chamber and the cylinder, clean the connection between the cylinder and the steel braze, whether there is abnormal wear and cracks on the steel braze, whether there is any abnormal wear and tear on the steel braze, lubricating oil Gradually check the operation and use a manual grease gun to butter after every 2-3 hours of work.
