The so-called running-in time of the breaker means that the hydraulic breaker has a break-in time of more than 60 hours when it leaves the factory (also known as the run-in period). Why does the breaker have a run-in time? It is stipulated by the early technical characteristics. The appearance of the running-in time is to reduce the failure rate of the equipment, and the standard use of the breaker with the running-in time is an important content to increase its service life.

Don't think that the breaker has a warranty period and just treat it casually, let the breaker work under load! In this special stage, you must do these usage methods well, which can not only improve the efficiency of your future use of the breaker, but also increase its lifespan.

1. Configure experienced operators to simulate operation and maintenance according to the equipment manual.

2. Check carefully and take precautions to prevent problems before they happen. Frequently check the quality of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and refrigerant, and carefully check the tightness of the whole machine.

It is suggested that during the running-in period, each shift must add grease to the lubrication point (except for special requirements).

Do two points to spend the running-in time safely. The end of the running-in time does not mean the end of the maintenance inspection. Pay attention to the replacement of oil in actual use.

However, according to the current application situation of many people, some large-scale breaker customers do not care much about the special technical standards required for the running-in time of new machinery due to lack of basic application knowledge, so they need their own breakers. Being in the overload condition for a long time will lead to the short service life and low efficiency of the breaker, and the obstacles will appear early, which will affect the progress of the entire project.
