1. Disassembly method:

(2) Rotate the stop valve (installed at the end of the arm) 90 degrees to the "off" position to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing out;

(3) Loosen the hose connection on the bucket arm;

(4) Be careful not to let sludge and dust enter the oil pipe, plug the hose with a plug, and connect the pipe with a connecting pipe;

(5) Remove the crusher and connect the bucket and arm with pins. If the circuit breaker is placed outside, put it on a board and cover it with a protective film.

2. Placement method:

(1) Clean the outside of the hammer first;

(2) Remove the drill rod, apply rust-preventing oil, and put it back in place, release the nitrogen first, and then push the piston into the cylinder;

(3) Fill all parts of the hydraulic hammer with lubricating oil before reinstalling the drill pipe. After that, it can be preserved and stored.

If you want to reinstall the hydraulic hammer for operation, uninstall the program in reverse. Since the hoses and pipes are dust-contaminated after other operations by the construction machinery, the hydraulic pipes and all joints must be cleaned before replacement.
