1. Do not use the steel drill as a pry bar. If you use the steel drill as a pry bar when crushing rocks, the bolts and steel drill may break.

2. For long, hard rocks, crush them at the crack or at the end, which is easier to break the rocks.

3. The breaking hammer cannot be used to carry stones. It cannot be used to roll or push stones with steel brazing or the side of the bracket. Because at this time the oil pressure comes from the excavator, loader arm, forearm, bucket, swing or Sliding operation, so the big and small arms will be damaged, at the same time the breaker bolts may be broken, the bracket will be damaged, and the steel brazing will be cracked or scratched.

4. When the hose vibrates violently, the operation should be suspended. Check whether the high-pressure and low-pressure hoses of the breaker vibrate too violently. Further check whether there is oil leakage at the hose joints. If there is oil leakage, re-tighten the joints.

5. Once the stone is broken, the hammering should be stopped immediately. If the empty hammering continues, the bolts will loosen or break, and even the excavator and loader will be adversely affected. When used as a pry bar, there will be air strikes.

Only need to use and operate the breaking hammer correctly can avoid some failures. When the breaking hammer is crushing, the engine speed should meet the specified value. The engine speed exceeding the operation requirements will not increase the striking force, but will increase the oil temperature. High can cause equipment damage.
