2. Proper engine speed (medium throttle)

Since large excavator breakers have lower requirements for working pressure and flow (such as a 20-ton excavator, working pressure 160-180kg, flow 140-180L/MIN), the medium-sized throttle valve is completely sufficient. If you increase the throttle The work will not only increase the impact force but also cause abnormal temperature rise of the hydraulic oil, which will cause greater damage to the hydraulic system;

3. Replenish grease in time when the drill is straightened

If lubricating oil is added in the suspension state, the oil will enter the strike chamber. During the strike, abnormal high pressure oil will be generated and enter the hydraulic system, damaging the hydraulic pump;

4. The quantity and pollution of hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil pollution is one of the main causes of hydraulic pump failure, so it is necessary to confirm the pollution status of hydraulic oil in time, and the lack of hydraulic oil will cause the appearance of steam turbidity, which will lead to failure of the hydraulic pump and deformation of the piston cylinder of the breaker ；

5. Replace the oil seal in time

The oil seal is a wear part. It is recommended to replace the hammer oil seal every 600-800 hours of work. When the oil seal leaks, stop working immediately and replace the oil seal, otherwise dust will easily enter the hydraulic system, damage the hydraulic system, and damage the hydraulic pump;

6. Keep the pipeline clean

If grit and other debris enter the hydraulic system, it is easy to cause harm to the hydraulic pump. Therefore, when installing the excavator breaker pipe, it must be cleaned before connecting to the oil inlet and outlet circuits. When replacing the bucket, the breaker pipe should be blocked to keep the pipe clean. .
