1. Visual inspection before hammer operation

Before construction, the equipment needs to be inspected, including checking the gap between the drill rod and its bushing, and checking whether there is hydraulic oil leakage. Once hydraulic oil leakage is found, the damaged sealing ring should be replaced immediately. The breaker manufacturer believes that this step is very important and cannot be omitted.

2. Lubrication during hammer operation

The breaker manufacturer believes that the breaker needs to be lubricated before the operation and after 2-3 hours of continuous operation, so that the equipment can maintain a better condition during operation. When applying butter, the breaker must be placed vertically, and the drill rod must be compacted and not suspended to prevent the butter from entering the hydraulic system and causing damage to the equipment.

3. Use proper breakdown force when crushing

The breaker manufacturer recommends that the breakdown force during the crushing operation should be controlled within an appropriate range. If the breakdown force is insufficient, the hammering energy of the piston cannot effectively break the rocks, and the reaction force of the hammering force will be transmitted to the breaker body and the loaders of the breaker, resulting in damage to the equipment; of course, Excessive breakdown force is also not acceptable. If the breakdown force is too great, the machine may suddenly tilt at the moment of breaking the stone, causing the breaker to violently hit the stone, which will also cause damage to the breaker. Therefore, attention must be paid to controlling the breakdown force of the breaker during the crushing operation.
