1. When running the crushing work, please check that the direction of the drill rod impact point is perpendicular to the surface of the crushed object, and keep it as much as possible at all times; if it is inclined to the surface of the crushed object, the drill rod may fall from the surface. Slipping away, in this case, will inevitably cause damage to the drill rod or even affect the piston. Make sure that the drill rod is indeed stable, and then strike.
2. Prevent air strike: When the object to be crushed has been broken, please release the operating pedal of the hammer immediately to stop the hammer from striking. Otherwise (strike when the chisel is not fixed) between the piston and the chisel, the chisel There is an impact between the rod and the drill rod pin, and between the drill rod pin and the front sheath, which damages the drill rod, the drill rod pin and the front sheath.
3. Choose a suitable strike point: Before striking, first strike a point with a depth of 60 to 70 cm, then lift the hammer body, shift to the original impact point of about 30 to 40 cm and strike again to break it, so that it will appear better. Effect.
4. Assemble the water stop one-way valve before launching: if necessary, when carrying out underwater operations, it is necessary to assemble the water stop one-way valve on the upper cover of the vibration box.
5. The impact angle is less than 90 degrees: when crushing, the crusher must have an inner angle of less than 90 degrees for the crushed object. When vibrating, the excavator should constantly adjust the inner angle to carry out crushing. The direction in which the bucket teeth enter the crushed object and the crushing hammer There will be some deviation in the direction itself, please always pay attention to adjust the crank arm of the bucket during use to keep the direction of the two consistent.
6. Gradually move forward and break in stages: gradually move the impact point from the edge to the inside, do not easily break a large block at one time, if it cannot be broken within 30 seconds, it should be broken in stages.
