Pressure control valves are divided into relief valves, pressure reducing valves and sequence valves according to their uses.

Pressure reducing valve: It can control the branch circuit to obtain a stable pressure lower than the main circuit oil pressure. The pressure reducing valve can be divided into fixed value pressure reducing valve (output pressure is a constant value) and fixed difference reducing valve according to the different pressure functions it controls. pressure valve (the difference between the output and input pressure is a constant value) and a constant ratio pressure reducing valve (a certain ratio is maintained between the output and input pressure).

Breaking hammer throttle valve: After adjusting the throttle area, the relative speed of the control element that has little change in load pressure and low requirements on motion uniformity can be maintained for a long time.

Speed ​​regulating valve: When the load pressure changes, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the throttle valve can be kept at a constant value. In this way, after the throttle area is set, no matter how the load pressure changes, the speed regulating valve always maintains a certain value according to the throttle valve platform. The flow rate remains unchanged, thus making the relative speed of the control components stable.

Diverter valve: Regardless of the size of the load, an equal-volume diverter valve or a synchronization valve can be used to obtain equal flow from two control components of the same oil source. A proportional diverter valve can be used to obtain proportional flow distribution.

Diverting and collecting valve: It has two functions: diverting valve and collecting valve. Directional control valve is divided into one-way valve and reversing valve according to its purpose.

Breaker sequence valve: After one control component (such as hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, etc.) is activated, other control components are activated in sequence.
