When the breaker is running:

1. Do not continue to press, the drill rod and piston are easy to wear, and the hydraulic oil temperature is easy to be too high. Each press should be limited to 30 seconds, generally no more than 1 minute, and the rock that cannot be broken once should be replaced;

2. Objects that are not easy to break can be crushed and broken away from the edge inward;

3. Before working in water, it is necessary to configure air pressure piping, and to check whether the hydraulic oil is cloudy;

4. The guide sleeve needs to maintain a certain distance from the object to be hit to prevent dust from entering the inside of the hammer;

5. Avoid the upper and lower dead points of the oil cylinders of the big and small arms of the excavator, and avoid the failure of the oil cylinder of the excavator;

6. Always check the floating amount of the drill rod. When it is too large, check the drill rod and the gap;

7. During the crushing operation, the vibration strength of the hose should be checked frequently. If the hose vibrates violently, stop the operation immediately and check the high and low nitrogen pressure.

When the breaker is not operating:

1. When the breaker is removed from the excavator for storage, in order to avoid the entry of rainwater, the side of the rear cylinder body needs to be raised and stored in a room with low humidity as much as possible. If the breaker cannot be used for a long time, if it is stored unreasonably, it will Cause piston rust, oil leakage, etc. When disassembling, immediately seal the hydraulic system with a plug to prevent foreign matter from entering the hydraulic system.

2. Long-term storage should release nitrogen. At the same time, pay attention to the anti-rust of the piston, release the nitrogen in the rear cylinder, push the piston to the inside with the ejector rod, and apply anti-rust oil at the end.

3. After removing the drill rod, check the wear condition of the vulnerable parts in the lower cylinder body frequently, and check the piston, drill rod striking surface, drill rod, thrust ring sealing cone surface.
