1. Clear the status of anchor screws, nuts, etc.

Breaking hammer produces anchor screws and nuts falling during work, which will cause major accidents. Therefore, before use, please check whether the anchor screws and nuts of each part are loose, damaged or dropped, and tighten or disassemble them if necessary. .

2. Add lubricating grease to the brazing member

Please add lubricating grease after 3 hours of work. (Note: Please be sure to add lubricating grease when the drill is compacted.) If you add grease when the drill is tilted at 45 degrees, the grease will enter Strictly inspect the room, and when working, strictly inspect the room for abnormal high pressure, which may damage the hammer. Therefore, please be sure to add grease under the premise of compacting the drill.)

3. Check gear oil quantity and environmental pollution level

Before using the breaker, please confirm whether the hydraulic oil filter oil is sufficient. Check the pollution level of the gear oil in time, because the pollution of the gear oil is the main cause of equipment problems. Note: It is recommended to disassemble the gear oil every 600 hours.
