Is there any oil leakage in some pipelines?

Regularly and quantitatively analyze the correct buttering, avoid excessive wear of consumable parts, and fill the butter with the correct posture: the drill rod is inserted vertically on the ground and pressed to the bottom, otherwise the butter enters the striking chamber and is brought into the cylinder by the piston to mix with the hydraulic oil. It will cause "black oil". Fill the guide sleeve and the inner liner with butter, and try to avoid sticking the butter to the piston.

2. Replace the hydraulic oil in 2000 hours, and replace the hydraulic oil return filter in 500 hours. (If the working environment is harsh and the dust is relatively large, the replacement time should be advanced.)

3. Storage. When the breaker is removed from the excavator for storage, in order to prevent the entry of rainwater, the side of the rear cylinder body needs to be raised, and it should be stored in a room with low humidity. Close the hydraulic system with a plug to prevent foreign matter from entering the hydraulic system. For long-term storage, nitrogen gas should be released. At the same time, pay attention to the rust prevention of the piston, release the nitrogen gas of the rear cylinder, push the piston to the inside with the ejector rod, and then apply anti-rust rust oil.

The high working intensity of the breaker will undoubtedly have a certain impact on the service life, but if the application and maintenance are in place, the probability of failure will also be reduced. If the details are done well, it will save trouble, worry and money!
