The correct use of the vulnerable parts of the breaker

Because the breaker is used dynamically, any movable connection position is very easy to be damaged, as long as it is used and operated reasonably, it can be avoided. The rational use is as follows:

1. Read the operation guide of the hydraulic breaker, avoid damaging the hydraulic breaker and excavator, and operate them reasonably.

2. Before operation, check whether the bolts and joints are loose, and whether there is leakage in the hydraulic pipeline.

3. Hydraulic breakers cannot be used to peck holes in hard rock formations.

4. The breaker cannot operate the breaker when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted.

5. When the hydraulic hose vibrates strongly, the operation of the crusher should be suspended and the pressure of the accumulator should be checked.

6. Avoid interference between the boom of the excavator and the drill bit of the breaker.

7. Except for the drill rod, the crusher cannot be immersed in water.

8. The crusher cannot be used as a lifting device.

9. The breaker cannot be operated on the sidewall of the excavator.

10. When the breaker is assembled and connected with the backhoe loader or other construction engineering equipment, the pressure and data flow of the hydraulic transmission system of the main engine meet the performance parameters of the hydraulic breaker, and the "P" port of the hydraulic breaker is connected to the high-pressure oil circuit of the main engine. Connection, "0" port is connected with the main engine return oil circuit.

11. The optimum hydraulic oil temperature when the hydraulic breaker is running is 50-60 degrees, and the height cannot be higher than 80 degrees. Otherwise, the load of the hydraulic breaker should be reduced.

12. The operating material used by the hydraulic breaker can usually be the same as the oil used in the hydraulic transmission system of the main engine. Generally, YB-N46 or YB-N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used in regions, and YC-N46 or YC-N68 low-temperature hydraulic oil is used in cold regions. The hydraulic oil filtration accuracy is not less than 50μm.

13. The new and repaired hydraulic breakers are filled with nitrogen again when they are running, and their pressure is 2.5, ± 0.5MPa.

14. Use calcium-based grease or compound calcium-based grease to lubricate the middle of the shank of the drill rod and the guide sleeve of the cylinder body, and refill it once per shift.

15. When the hydraulic breaker is running, first press the drill rod on the rock layer and maintain a certain pressure before running the breaker, and it is not allowed to run in the suspended state.

16. It is not allowed to use the equipment as a crowbar to avoid twisting the drill rod.

17. When using, the equipment and fiber rods should be vertical to the working table, and the principle of not forming radial force is the criterion.

18. When the broken target has been broken or gradually formed cracks, the impact of the breaker should be suspended immediately to avoid harmful "air strikes".

19. If the breaker is to be out of use for a long time, the nitrogen should be exhausted, and the oil inlet and outlet should be closed. Do not store it in the environment of high temperature and -20 degrees.
