1. Determine the condition of anchor bolts, nuts, etc.

If the anchor bolts and nuts fall off during the work of the breaker, it will cause a major safety accident. Therefore, before use, please check whether the anchor bolts and nuts of each component are loose, damaged or dropped. Tighten or replace.

2. Add lubricating grease to the drill parts

Please add lubricating grease after 3 hours of work. (Note: Please try to add lubricating grease when the drill is tamped.) If you add the grease when the drill is suspended in the air, the lubricating grease will enter the severe attack room , When working severely, there may be abnormal high pressure in the room, which will damage the breaker. Therefore, please try to add lubricating grease when the drill is tamped.)

3. Detection of gear oil quantity and environmental pollution level

Before using the breaker, please confirm whether the hydraulic oil filter oil is sufficient. Determine the environmental pollution level of the gear oil immediately, because the environmental pollution of the gear oil is the main cause of equipment problems. Note: It is recommended to replace the gear oil every 600 hours.
