1, vertical tap

2, it is strictly forbidden to play empty

When the large breaker is running, the steel drill should be close to the knocked object at any time. If the knocked object is broken, please stop knocking immediately. The body and the bolt rod will cause more serious damage.

3, can not be crushed in water

The breaker is not a closed structure, and usually cannot be immersed in water. It is very easy to damage the piston cylinder and damage the hydraulic oil circuit of the excavator. Therefore, try not to operate it in rainy days or in water; in special cases, except for steel drills , and other locations should not be immersed in water.

During the operation of the breaker, a very large kinetic energy will be transmitted to the rock layer. If the rock layer is broken immediately, the kinetic energy will be released. If the rock layer has a high hardness standard and is not broken after several blows, it will be converted into a very large thermal kinetic energy, so that the The temperature of the tip of the rod can reach above 400 degrees Celsius, which will cause the decarburization and softening of the drill rod, and then the surface layer will be coiled or even broken.
