Yantai Rocka's Breaking hammer drill rodUsing special alloy steel materials, using domestic precision technology processing and advanced gas protection, nitriding heat treatment special technology manufacturing, so as to ensure the outstanding performance and service life of the product. It has high strength and high impact toughness; it is not easy to break, suitable for breaking various roads, civil engineering, concrete foundation and high-rise building demolition, mining, granite crushing, and good overall product performance.

Drill rod is an important part of breaker. The breaking hammer mainly acts on the drill rod to break the rock and other objects. Different crushing objects require different drill rods. There are three commonly used drill rods.

1. Cone quadrilateral: Cone quadrilateral drill rod is the most common type on the market. This type of drill rod has strong penetration, can produce strong crushing force, and is easy to break, such as high hardness rock and concrete.

2. Flat head: It is often said that the straight-headed rod works the same as a quadrilateral cone, which concentrates energy at one point for crushing. But due to the flat design, it looks more wear-resistant and more suitable for handling some hard and broken objects. Such as high hardness rock.

3. Flat head shape: Flat head shape drill bits are generally used for secondary crushing. Secondary crushing is to crush broken objects or objects with medium hardness. Due to the flat head design, the penetrating power is not strong, and it is more like a blunt tool than the previous two. The other two types of abrasion occur at the end of the drill pipe, while the flat-head design of the drill pipe only occurs in length and can also break brittle and hard objects.
