1. When the plastic hose vibrates violently, please suspend the actual operation
It should be checked whether the high-pressure and low-pressure plastic hoses of the breaker are excessively vibrated. If this is the case, common failures may occur, and you should immediately contact the local authorized service project office for maintenance. Further check whether the hose joints are It is not oil leakage. If oil seeps, the connector should be tightened again. In actual operation, it should be checked in time for unnecessary steel. If there are no unnecessary items, they should be stuck in the lower body. It should be removed. Lower body to check if parts should be repaired or replaced.
2, pay attention to not enough butter
The excavator breaker must be lubricated with grease. If the grease is not enough, it will speed up the damage and interfere with the service life. If the butter is used scientifically and reasonably, there will be a little grease on the equipment. If the butter is not handled properly (such as low melting point or damaged butter), It will flow down the drill pipe. In addition, be sure to pay attention to the grease nipple on the breaker, if the surrounding grease nipple is dry, the circuit breaker cannot get sufficient lubrication, which may also be the circuit breaker not working one of the reasons.
3. The circuit breaker should run with normal engine power
When the breaker is broken, the engine power should achieve the specified value. If the engine power is higher than the operating demand, it is not easy to increase the impulse, but it will increase the oil temperature and cause damage to the facility.
4. The breaker cannot actually operate in water or mud
Please do not use the breaker in water or mud, otherwise the piston rod or similar parts may corrode and cause damage. If you must work in water, you should purchase a water circuit breaker.
5. Do not allow the breaker to directly break the rock mass
If the excavator breaker can fall directly on the gravel, the breaker or excavator will take on excessive force, which may damage the excavator and loader components.
