The equipment is connected to the excavator by means of a diverter valve. The diverter valve has 4 oil holes, and each oil hole has a corresponding mark, which are "p", "a", "h" and "t" ports. Now the connection method of yc260, yc460, yc750 breakers and the diverter valve on the corresponding excavator is introduced in detail as follows.
(1) Connect the "p" port of the diverter valve to the oil outlet of the pump with a hose.
(2) Connect the "a" port of the diverter valve to the oil inlet of the control valve with a hose.
(3) Connect the "h" port of the diverter valve to the oil inlet pipe of the equipment.
(4) Connect the "t" port of the diverter valve to the fuel tank.
(5) Connect the oil return pipe of the breaker to the main oil return pipe of the excavator.
(6) The diameter of the pipeline connecting each port is: when the oil volume provided by the main engine is less than 70l\/min, the pipeline diameter is ￠16mm; when the oil volume provided by the main engine is greater than or equal to 70l\/min, the pipeline diameter is ￠16mm. ￠20mm.
In this way, after the installation is completed, the equipment and the excavator must be regularly inspected and maintained. The service life of the excavator can be increased, but in the process of using the breaker, the emptying situation and the blowing process cannot occur. It should be vertical on the object being hit, otherwise, if the piston does not move in a straight line inside the cylinder, it is very easy to cause scratches or wear to the piston, which directly affects the service life.
