1. With accumulators, bad products are prone to problems due to design, manufacturing, product inspection and other stages, so the mechanical failure rate is quite high during use, and it is more likely to cause damage to the excavator.
2. Before use, the engine should be preheated for the hydraulic system. When the large breaker is parked, the hydraulic oil above will flow into the bottom. It is recommended to use a small throttle to control it every day when preparing to use it, and wait for the oil film of the piston cylinder to form. Afterwards, use the medium throttle to control, so that the hydraulic system can be effectively protected.
3. The phenomenon of empty hitting not only easily causes the oil temperature to rise, but also causes it to vibrate abnormally, causing debris to enter the rigid body of the large breaker.
4. When the steel brazing is pressed straight, the grease should be supplied early, and the filling can be carried out according to the order of 2h\/time. If the grease is replenished when the steel brazing is suspended, the grease will enter the striking chamber, and when striking, the inside of the chamber will be hit. An abnormality will occur, and the high-pressure oil will then enter the hydraulic system, thereby destroying the hydraulic pump.
