When should the breaker drill rod need to be replaced?

2022-07-21

The long-term application of the drill bit of the breaker will cause the lower side to curl up and deform. If the end of the drill bit is damaged, the drill bit is very easy to deviate. In such a case, the end of the drill bit should be sharpened, and the drill bit will be reduced by repeated grinding. Strength .

If the distance between the drill bit and the guide sleeve is too high, the piston rod cannot press the drill bit accurately, causing damage. If the distance exceeds 9mm, the drill bit and the inner and outer bushings of the guide sleeve should be replaced.

Hydraulic breaker drill rod replacement process:

1. First remove the stop pin and the 330mm long drill pin, adjust the drill pin when reassembling, and insert the drill pin;

2. When reinstalling the hammer drill, do it in the reverse order of disassembly. First, check whether the parts are damaged or cracked. If the drill is deformed, it should be ground and repaired first, and the drill should be repaired. Apply lubricating oil on the sub-pins and the active positions of the drills, and then install the drills; if the deformation of the drill pins is serious, it will be difficult to replace the drills, so it should be checked every 100-150 hours of operation.
