2. Pay attention to the range of the tamper plate. The larger the range of the tamper plate, the better. If the range is too large, it will cause a lot of pressure on the motor, which will increase the probability of abnormal machine equipment. Of course, the range of the tamper plate is too small. If it is too small, the motor will leak out, and it is very easy to cause damage to the motor. Therefore, it is not necessary for the manufacturer to arbitrarily change the range of the ramming plate when purchasing;

3. Pay attention to whether the inner shaft of the main engine is imported or domestically produced. The domestic inner shaft is very prone to centrifugal force causing the balls to break and slip;

4. Assembly and machining accuracy, there is an eccentric wheel inside the vibration compactor, and the rotation of the eccentric wheel must not exceed 0.001mm, otherwise it is very easy to get stuck and not run;

5. If the oil seal rotates when the eccentric wheel is running, it is very easy to cause the temperature of the refrigerant to rise, and the oil seal with poor quality is very easy to age prematurely and cause oil leakage;

6. Whether the host has a control valve, the leading role of this valve is to protect the motor, over-voltage protection, when the customer feels that the energy is not suitable, they can also adjust it themselves.
